Jake Gilbert

Jake joined 5Values in 2021 specialising in candidate research for Deep Tech positions before moving into multiple leadership roles and ultimately heading up our 5V Tech Europe and USA division.

As Head of 5V Tech, Jake leads a team that is responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with key partners in the IoT, Semiconductor and Edge-AI sectors across Europe and the USA.

This involves the design, implementation and operation of bespoke recruitment solutions covering retained searches for strategic hires, contingent workforce management, exclusive RPOs, and Master-Vendor frameworks.

Outside of work Jake enjoys organising, promoting, and performing at underground music events in Bristol and London.
