A Bit About the Role
This position is a unique opportunity to work on contract recruitment for the US market—one of the most lucrative in the industry. You’ll be collaborating with big-name clients like Warner Bros, Comcast, and NBC, placing talent in high-demand roles across tech, gaming, cloud, and streaming. What You’ll Be Doing
Getting to Know Clients: Work hand-in-hand with some of the biggest innovators out there to understand what they need and why.
Finding the Best Talent: Use all the tricks in the book (and some of our state-of-the-art rec-tech) to track down the best of the best.
Sealing the Deal: From interviews to negotiations, you’ll guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process seamlessly.
Building Relationships: Think long-term. You’re not just filling roles—you’re building trust and loyalty.
Keeping It Together: Staying organised, keeping systems updated, and ensuring no candidate slips through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For
Recruitment isn’t an easy job, and we’re not looking for someone who is just interested in coasting through their career taking home a basic salary.
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
Sales Ability and a clear Why: You've really got to want to be good, to at least try and be good. Why do you want to be successful and what does that mean for you in your life?
Communication Skills: Whether you’re talking to candidates or clients, you’re clear, professional, approachable and will do the right thing and uphold our values.
Organisation: You can juggle multiple roles, candidates, and priorities.
Problem-Solving: We're about solutions, not problems. Quick thinking to deal with last-minute changes or challenges is a massive plus.
Relationship Building: You're not about making a 'quick buck'. You know how to build trust and create long-term, meaningful, partnerships.
Research Skills: You’re not afraid to dig deep to uncover the best talent for the job.
Experience with the US market, especially in contract recruitment, is a big plus. This role offers you the chance to make a real impact, working with the biggest names in tech and tapping into a market with significantly higher rewards.
