Key Responsibilities:

3. Screening and Shortlisting:
   • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
   • Present candidates in an engaging and professional manner to clients.
4. Managing the Hiring Process:
   • Effectively manage the candidate's journey throughout the interview process.
   • Provide candidates with feedback and guidance.
   • Assist with salary negotiations and job offer discussions.
5. Maintaining Relationships:
   • Support Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
   • Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights and tailored sourcing strategies.
6. Administrative Tasks:
   • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and update records.
   • Handle paperwork related to placements, such as contracts and compliance documents.
