Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding Client Needs:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their job requirements, team culture, and goals.
- Develop a clear understanding of the skills, qualifications, and experience required for open positions.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Use databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and advances sourcing techniques to find potential candidates.
- Network with professionals to build a talent pool around key client requirements
- Screening and Shortlisting:
- Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
- Present candidates in an engaging and professional manner to clients.
- Managing the Hiring Process:
- Effectively manage the candidate's journey throughout the interview process.
- Provide candidates with feedback and guidance.
- Assist with salary negotiations and job offer discussions.
- Maintaining Relationships:
- Support Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights and tailored sourcing strategies.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and update records.
- Handle paperwork related to placements, such as contracts and compliance documents.
Key Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and candidates effectively.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
- Problem-solving: Quick thinking to address challenges, such as candidate withdrawals or last-minute changes.
- Relationship-building: Building trust and rapport with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
- Research: Use AI-driven tools to organise and apply knowledge related to companies and technologies.
